Southwestern Electric Power Company (SWEPCO) is an investor-owned electric utility that provides power to homes and businesses in Arkansas, Louisiana, and Texas. SWEPCO is committed to promoting energy efficiency and sustainability.
The Challenge
After the success of the SWEPCO Genuine campaign, SWEPCO signed on another program, to launch a similar campaign for the Texas EE program.
The Strategy
Similar to the Genuine strategy, the campaign revolved around a stand-out creative campaign, alongside a multi-channel approach, utilizing paid social, banner ads, Google AdWords, targeted emails, and a dedicated microsite to engage customers effectively.

The Creative
The "Far and Wide" campaign showed how SWEPCO would go to extraordinary lengths to tell their customers about SWEPCO’s energy efficiency programs. From skywriting to blimps, they are dedicated to speaking the word far and wide—helping you save money.
